Those of you that suffer from seasonal allergies are well aware that checking the pollen count, along with the weather, will give you somewhat of an idea as to how your day is going to go. The South, Atlanta especially, has been hit with the worst allergy season most have seen in years. A pollen count of between 60 and 120 particles of pollen per cubic meter is considered to be extremely high. The South has been hit with a pollen count of over 5,000 particles per cubic meter for the last couple of weeks. Dear, God...please send rain! Pray for us allergy sufferers as we are spending more and more on medications that make us sleepy!

For the first time in my life, I have had the pleasure of allergies due to the high pollen. Try taking anyting that doesn't have diphenhydramine...that's the sleepy ingredient!
