God bless Ree, the brilliant everyday chef of Pioneer Woman Cooks dot com! I have tried several of her "I already have this stuff in my refrigerator" recipes and I must say that the Marlboro Man's Favorite Sandwich is absolutely FABULOUS! What I love best about this site is that she shows you with pictures the entire process!!! Even a dumb cook like me could follow these directions. However I will have to forgo on this recipe. This is a whole weeks worth of calories!!
Calories, shmalories...it's worth the splurge! For the first time EVER, Brian has looked forward to coming home to eat, gulp, leftovers!
I'm with Brian....There are very few things that I look forward to eating as leftovers. I think mom killed us with leftovers b/c somehow she expected us to scrape the mold off the top and gulp it down!!! yikes!
Hey - in case you girls have forgotten - your dad refused to eat leftovers - someone had to!
